Abstract. This article examines the features of the legal education of military personnel, reveals the components of its content, the main directions of activities for the legal education of military personnel, the directions of pedagogical influence on them. The task of this article is to determine the directions of work on the formation of a high level of legal education of servicemen of the National Guard troops. The article presents the factors influencing the educational process of the personnel of the National Guard troops. The basics of theoretical and practical application of the components of legal education are defined.
