Abstract. The article highlights the features of modeling readiness formation process of cadets for pedagogical activity, such as: the functional essence of a specialist, his professional profile, expert assessments and forecasts, schemes of scientific disciplines, taking into account their volume and ratio. Attention is drawn to the work of scientists dealing with the stated problem, the main elements in structure of cadets readiness for pedagogical activity are highlighted.
