Kirishko V. P. Development of Military-professional Qualities of the Russian Federation National Guard Troops Officer under the Group Influence: Decisiveness

Abstract. Modern requirements of military service in the Russian Federation National Guard troops require updating the activity approach in the military educational organization of higher education, in particular, creating the optimal conditions for the personal and professional development of the future commander (chief), capable of quick perception and effective solution of problems in real military-professional activities. One of the leading areas of implementation of the planned tasks of professional training is the development of the officer’s personality ability to make decisions in management activities. The article presents a theoretical analysis of the concept of decisiveness, and also considers the quality of decisiveness as the basis for successful management of a unit. Particular attention is paid to the influence of the team in the formation of the decisiveness of the officer.
