Abstract. The effective organizational culture of a modern organization is investigated. The basic stages of designing organizational culture are revealed: definition of the essence of effective organizational culture, sociological assessment; development of a general project strategy for the formation of an effective organizational culture. It is proved that the project of social development of an effective organizational culture should ensure the transformation of the status and role of employees in the organization. It is important to achieve high-quality dissemination of the techniques of innovative interaction, emancipation, opportunities for the development and implementation of innovations, the manifestation of initiative by each employee, socially significant cooperation between superiors and subordinates.
