Abstract. Crimes against military service are among the poorly studied not only in the criminal law, but also in the criminal procedural and criminalistics. In the works containing generalized information about the investigation of this category of crimes the specific features of the tactics of investigative actions are not taken into account. The article analyzes some features of the tactics of verbal investigative actions in the investigation of crimes against military service. From a forensic point of view, the tactics of investigative actions consist of the preparatory, research, final stages and assessment of the progress and results of the investigative action.
