Abstract. The article discusses the issues of increasing the level of public trust of citizens in the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation within the framework of the military-political (political) work. Taking into account the goals and objectives focused mainly on military personnel (employees), the directions of this activity are determined, which have a positive impact on the assessment of the social institute of the National Guard of the Russian Federation by citizens.
