Abstract. The modern system of military training and education is undergoing qualitative changes: new formats of the training and educational process are being actively applied, and the system of educational measures is being improved. The practice of the educational process shows that no methodological techniques can solve this problem without pedagogical conditions on the part of the command and teaching staff. In this article the pedagogical education of the cadets is considered and the formation of pedagogical conditions and capabilities of commanders educating the cadets of the Russian Federation National Guard troops military institute is emphasized.
