Bychenko Yu. G., Khvostantsev S. V. Professional and Labor Adaptation of an Officer’s Family as an Object of Social and Managerial Control

Abstract. The scientific analysis of theoretical sources on the problem of professional and labor adaptation is carried out. It is proved that during the first time of arrival and service at a new place, the possibility of professional adaptation not only of officers, but also of other family members is reduced. Arguments are given about the need to improve the internal organizational social family policy of individual military organizations at the level of individual military units.
