Shishkina E. V. The Role of Law in the Formation of Legal Culture of Cadets of the Military Educational Institutions

Abstract. The issue of legal culture formation of  the military educational institutions graduates is being actual since upon graduation young officers  take part in the state and public processes using powers of authority.  Their actions are to be carried out in strict accordance with the law as well as have moral and value validity. Graduates of military educational organizations must not only possess professional knowledge, skills and abilities, but also perform the assigned tasks in strict compliance with the legislation based on their inner conviction which is the essence of the formed legal culture.
