Kirishko V. P. Pedagogical conditions for the military professional qualities development of the Russian Federation national guard officer

Abstract. The article analyzes the pedagogical conditions necessary for the development of certain qualities in modern officers. Particular attention is paid to the interaction of teachers and cadets, the use of modern educational technologies and techniques in the training of future officers. The author emphasizes that the successful training of military specialists requires not only technical skills, but also the development of personal qualities necessary to perform official duties in a modern environment. In general, the article highlights the importance of pedagogical conditions in the formation of the qualities of a modern military service officer, which is important for  the effective functioning of the armed forces and ensuring national security.
