Fartukov D. N., Mufazdalov S. I. Culture of Behavior as a Factor forming Public Trust in Military Personnel and Law Enforcement Officers

Abstract. The article examines the issues of the influence of the culture of behavior of military personnel and law enforcement officers on the formation of public trust in them on the part of citizens. The culture of behavior is presented as a set of interrelated essential social indicators that characterize the level of formation, first of all, of such behavioral foundations as appearance, speech culture, culture of interpersonal interaction and other qualities of the object under study. It is proved that the culture of behavior of military personnel and law enforcement officers is based on the general principles of professional service ethics and rules of official behavior and is characterized by a system of values, norms, principles, ideas that act as factors in the formation of public trust.
