Abstract. The article describes the approach to understanding the place and role of the moral-political and psychological condition of servicemen of the Russian Federation National Guard Troops in the system of factors that influence service and combat tasks fulfillment in a decisive way. The analysis of structural elements of the moral-political and psychological condition of servicemen and its main characteristics is given. The criteria and parameters for assessing the moral-political and psychological condition of the Rosgvardiya personnel are presented.
