Abstract. The article deals with some aspects of competency building approach to the
communicative component development in the general system of the RF National Guard Troops officers’
professional activities. The necessity of qualitative professional training of military specialists appears
as they should be ready to put their professional competences into practice accordingly to their
functional purpose.
