Abstract. In modern conditions of the military reform carried out by the state aimed at ensuring its national interests, improving the quality of professional training of future officers is one of the main tasks of higher educational institutions of the national guard of the Russian Federation1. The solution to this problem is undoubtedly to create effective organizational and managerial conditions for improving the quality of professional training of cadets. Due to the fact that the military education system is designed to train future officers in the conditions of constantly updated military equipment and the emergence of high-tech weapons, the issue of considering modern factors that affect the quality of professional training of cadets of higher educational institutions becomes relevant.
