Abstract. The legal and theoretical foundations that reveal the agitation-and-propaganda work organization are analyzed. The importance of legal enactments and guidelines studying by officials in order to improve the agitation-and-propaganda work organization in the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation is revealed.
