Lebedinskaya G. S. The constitutional law on housing of the National Guard Troops servicemen and the specific features of its implementation

Abstract. The article deals with issues related to the National Guard Servicemen provision. Due to the current geopolitical situation and the ongoing special military operation, these issues are of great importance. The purpose of the study is the Servicemen right on housing, which is one of the integral components of their constitutional and legal standing based on the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Today there is a huge list of forms to exercise this law by servicemen and mechanisms for its regulation. It allows us to conclude that servicemen are free in choosing the way to exercise their rights, and to determine the tasks within the framework of the study. In the course of the study, the tasks set were solved by using general scientific (comparative, formal-logical) and legal (comparative-legal, statistical) research methods.
