Peredumov M. A. Criteria for the socio-managerial assessment of managerial conflicts in military units

Abstract. Current trends in the professional sphere of military service, in particular, the active reform of the armed forces, have a significant impact on the social dynamics within military collectives. In the context of the transformation of established structures and rules of interaction, tension inevitably increases, which can result in destructive service and labor conflicts, especially at the grassroots level. This article is devoted to the consideration of new, more effective approaches to the assessment and prevention of conflicts in military collectives. The development and implementation of a comprehensive system for monitoring the socio-psychological climate in military collectives using criteria for socio-managerial assessment, data analysis and forecasting of conflict situations should help reduce the number of managerial conflicts in military collectives.
