Abstract. The article deals with the development of an innovative pedagogical system of education in military education institutions of higher education. The author considers the prerequisites for the long-term development of the military education system by predicting the development of production of weapons, military and special equipment and methods of their use in the long term based on the analysis of the current state of the troops, modernization of tactics and methods of their application. The result of the study was the main directions in the development of an innovative pedagogical training system necessary for the construction of educational and scientific activities of a military educational organization.
