Abstract. The article deals with promising areas of chemical traps employment in the combat (operational) tasks accomplishment by the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation. Attempts to reveal additional possibilities and expand the directions of special chemicals practical use to successfully fulfill the tasks of the guard duty, protection of important state facilities and other types of duties are made.
