Syromyatnikov O. V., Matorin D. O. Specificity of physical training in hot climate conditions

Abstract. The presented article examines the teaching and educational process of Russian Guard servicemen physical training in hot climate conditions. High-temperature ambient factors that negatively affect the formation of military personnel motor skills during training classes are described. The main measures of servicemen thermal injuries prevention during the educational and training process in physical training are highlighted. The main forms of conducting classes in the discipline “Physical Training” used for development of physical and improvement of personal qualities of servicemen in hot climate conditions are revealed. The educational and training stages of preparing servicemen to perform service and combat missions in conditions of high air temperatures are highlighted: acclimatization, adaptation-preparatory and main stages, and their content is revealed.
