Abstract. The article discusses some approaches to the formation of the concept of a pedagogical system for military engineers training in military educational institutions of higher education. Based on the analysis of the prospects for the military industry development and normative legal enactments on the academic activity organization and innovative methods of managing academic activity, the requirements of the innovative pedagogical system concept that help to achieve high results in the officers’ professional training have been proposed to implement.
