Tyutev S. V. A learner-centered approach to the professional training of the  cadets in the military education institutions of higher education of the Russian Federation National Guard Troops

Abstract. In the situation of current complex social political circumstances and rather contradictory conditions, when different points of view on historical and modern events undermine the established stereotypes and bring up the issue of choosing military guidelines particularly acutely, military education institutions of higher education of the Russian Federation National Guard troops face a difficult task of forming the military personnel world view and beliefs on various aspects of modern life including military service.
