Abstract. The right to education is provided by the Constitution, and the realization of this right is the basic value of a developed state. Servicemen as much as other citizens can exercise their right to education, but there are some restrictions come from the essence of service relations and the tasks of the troops in the area of state defense and security. The realization of the right to education is an essential prerequisite for professional development and career growth of a serviceman.
