Meshcheryakov D. A. Dynamics of indicators of tolerance to uncertainty of vvuz trainers at different stages of military socialization

Abstract. The article deals with the issues related to changes in the indices of tolerance to uncertainty among cadets of a military institute at different stages of military socialization. The article gives a number of interpretations of the concept of «uncertainty tolerance». As a hypothesis, it is suggested that the indicators of perception of uncertainty in the process of military-professional socialization change nonlinearly. The study involved 182 cadets (aged M = 20.5; SD = 1.6) of the Saratov Military Institute of the National Guard of the Russian Federation. In the course of the study, the Uncertainty Tolerance Questionnaire (NTN) T. V. Kornilova [1]. In the course of empirical research, it was found that the characteristics of the perception of uncertainty in the process of military socialization develop nonlinearly, the growth of some indicators is accompanied by a decline in others.
