  1. Articles executed in accordance with the requirements are sent by e-mail: svki.izvestiya@bk.ru or submitted directly to the editors office.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n \t
    1. Together with the manuscript of the article, a set of documents is submitted to the editors office:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n— license agreement;<\/br>\n\n— information about the author;<\/br>\n\n— consent to the processing of personal data by the publisher and the editorial board of the journal;<\/br>\n\n— the review of the supervisor on the articles of applicants for an academic degree. A review does not replace a review.<\/br>\n
        \n \t
      1. The manuscript of the scientific article submitted to the editors office is considered for completeness of the submitted documents package and manuscript (article) correspondence with the design requirements and rules.<\/br><\/ol>\n\n
          \n \t
        1. Articles executed without taking into account the listed requirements are not considered.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            \n \t
          1. The text originality is checked with the help of the specialized software «Antiplagiat» (https:\/\/antiplagiat.ru\/<\/a>). Manuscripts with the originality of the text are accepted for publication (at the same time, correct borrowings from one source cannot exceed 7%, borrowings are not allowed in the conclusions) not lower than 70%.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
              \n \t
            1. An article cannot be published if:<\/li>\n\n— the subject does not belong to the scientific field of the academic journal;<\/br>\n\n— it is not properly executed;<\/br>\n\n— the authors did not revise the article on the reviewer\u2019s constructive comments;<\/br>\n\n— the author\u00a0 received a negative referee report;<\/br>\n\n— the author did not follow the current legislation on copyright and related rights;<\/br>\n\n— it contains materials that cannot be published in public media.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
