The article examines various grounds for the confiscation of property based on the examples of legal proceedings initiated by the Prosecutor&#8217;s Office of the Russian Federation. It is stated that the confiscation of property, which is not a punishment but rather a criminal measure, is an effective tool in the fight against crime.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element
