An analysis of the mechanism of social management was carried out during which two main parts were identified and studied &#8212; subject ive and objective. It has been proven that the model of the social management mechanism has a complex organized structure, which includes the following components: resources, strategies, technologies and the organizational management system (included in the subjective aspect). Its objective aspect is composed of such components as subject control field; social problems to be solved and social factors influencing the management object.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element
