Based on the analysis of the prospects for the military industry development and normative legal enactments on the academic activity organization and innovative methods of managing academic activity, the requirements of the innovative pedagogical system concept that help to achieve high results in the officers\u2019 professional training\u00a0 have been proposed\u00a0 to
