1. Articles prepared in accordance with the requirements shall be sent by email to: svki.izvestiya@bk.ru or submitted directly to the editorial office.
2. The manuscript of the scientific article received by the editorial office is reviewed for the completeness of the submitted package of documents and for compliance of the manuscript (article) with the requirements and formatting rules.
3. The originality of the text is verified using specialized software “Antiplagiat” (https://antiplagiat.ru/). Manuscripts with a text originality of no less than 70 % are accepted for publication (provided that correct borrowings from a single source do not exceed 7 %, and borrowings are not allowed in the conclusions).
4. In the event of using artificial intelligence at the stages of collecting initial data, analyzing scientific publications on the research topic, formulating the title and formatting the text in accordance with the requirements of the online publication, as well as its subsequent promotion and monitoring, in accordance with GOST R 71657-2024 “Artificial Intelligence Technologies in Education. Functional Subsystem for Creating Scientific Publications. General Provisions,” which came into force on January 1, 2025, the author, when submitting the article for publication, must indicate to what extent and for what purposes they used AI.
It is not permissible to present AI-generated text as one’s own original contribution. Nor is it permitted to use AI for generating conclusions.
5. The following articles shall not be accepted for publication:
- articles whose subject matter does not fall within the scientific scope of the journal;
- articles not formatted in accordance with the requirements;
- articles whose authors have not revised the manuscript in line with the constructive comments of the reviewer;
- articles that have received a negative review;
- articles in case the author fails to comply with the current legislation on copyright and related rights;
- articles containing materials that are not subject to publication in the open press;
- articles containing AI-generated text.
