1. The online publication publishes original scientific articles that have not been previously published in other publications at a frequency of 4 times per year (once a quarter) and adheres to the stated publication schedule.
2. The selection process for scientific articles and the editorial and publishing preparation of selected works are implemented in accordance with international and national industry standards and principles of scientific and publication ethics.
3. The criteria used to select scientific articles for publication include:
- compliance of the article’s subject matter with the profile of the publication;
- scientific value (quality of literature analysis, adequacy of methodology, validity of conclusions, and reliability of presented data);
- uniqueness of the text (originality of the article);
- relevance of the research, accuracy of presented data, reliability of calculations and conclusions;
- clarity of presentation (complex terms and formulas should be explained in detail, and abbreviations should be decoded);
- novelty of the research (the list of sources should include previous research results on the selected topic);
- compliance with the requirements.
